This policy explains what information USA AI Tools ("we", "us") collects when you use this website and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. If you use an AI tool, the text you type into it is sent to our AI service provider to create the result.

Tools that run in your browser. Most tools, such as calculators, converters and image tools, run on your device. The text, numbers and files you use with them are not uploaded to our servers.

Automatic information. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools may receive your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit.

2. AI tools

When you click "Generate" on an AI tool, your input is sent securely to a third-party AI provider to produce the answer. Please do not enter passwords, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, health records or other sensitive information. We do not use your input to build advertising profiles. To protect the service from abuse, we count how many AI requests come from an IP address each day.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to remember preferences such as light or dark mode and your cookie notice choice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Advertising

We may display ads from Google AdSense and other partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet. 5. How we use information

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website can guarantee absolute security. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond.
